Harwood Flats is a brand new apartment building located in North Bethesda. Move-in date for this unit is August 25. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom. Split bedroom floor plan so our rooms are across from each other, separated by the living room. Washer/Dryer in unit. $100 for garage parking which is added into monthly rent (~$1560). NO carpet in bedrooms. Kitchen has an island. 2nd floor apartment. I have furniture that I would like to order, so we can go half on the couch, rug, TV stand, TV, and bar stools or i can take care of some and you take care of some. Great location, 35 minute drive to Washington.
