Hi everybody, my name is Joe and I am looking for an apartment with 1 or 2 roommates in South Boston starting any time in 2026.

I am 23 years old and graduated from Boston College in 2024. I’m currently working as a Business Analyst at a small fintech company (mostly working from home, in Quincy office 1-2 days per week). In my free time, I love playing and watching sports, especially hockey, and playing guitar and listening to music. I really enjoy going to see both games and live music.

I am hoping to find some roommates who share similar interests and want to go out for dinner, drinks, etc. as well. I also have been learning to cook more, and I am hoping to keep a clean kitchen (and place in general). Additionally, I love checking out new places and traveling, so I would like to go out in Boston and take some trips around the country (or world).

My budget is $1500, but I am flexible.
