The Area: I'm looking for a roommate who would like to move in date between the dates of October 1st-5th,2025 so its flexible. The apartment is located in the Palms area right next to Santa Monica, Venice, and Culver City - easy access to 405. It's 2 blocks away from the West Village Farmers' Market (every Sunday), and Vons. 15 minutes to Venice beach. There are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants you can walk to. I love the westside!

You: Respectful, mature, clean, friendly ( we don't need to be friends but I do want it to be an enjoyable experience for everyone) work out of the house full time and has a steady job , drama free, courteous, can communicate maturely. Someone that is normal and can run their lives like an adult. Open minded and pays rent and bills on time. This is not a party house but having a few friends over from time to time if fine.

Me: a full timr working professional for an organic skin care company in Santa Monica. I love to cook, concert, travel, comedy, music, hiking, biking, yoga, Pilates movies and all the lovely things LA has to offer. I'm from Orange County so I know Los Angeles very well and have lived here since I graduated. I'm respectful, considerate, friendly, clean, responsible and drama free. I'm out of the house most of the time so it will be like having your own place most of the time.

Bedroom
Master with shared bath and spacious mirrored closets. Pictures in this ad. It? s pretty large the pictures dont t do it justice. I took them at night so the lights where on. Cozy and so peaceful. Rent $1324.50 plus utilities. The room will be completely empty.

I don't smoke and there is no smoking in the apt but we have a large patio but not cig butts left out there please

Its fully furnished in the common areas so no additional anything is needed but we can discuss. I am still working on the kitchen and patio area. I only moved here a month ago with my friend that is not moving home to start nursing school.

Will consider pets on a case by case basis and there a one time fee

Would prefer if the person worked out of the house but open to remote as well just depends on where they plan to set up their work station.

MUST be clean and I mean clean with the common areas and shared items.

I'm not looking to deny people over either one of those background checks. Its more for safety and for a feel of how financially responsible you are I will take into consideration each situation independently. If you have a recent print out of your credit report that will work too. Utilities, once a month cleaning service, wifi, gas, and power. Split household items.
