I'm 33, non-smoker, pre-pandemic I used to work in IT, and traveled extensively. Changed jobs in June to get a better work/life balance and now I primarily work from home.
With things opening back up, I'll be traveling for work around 8-9 weeks throughout the year. I love to cook an mix drinks, and since I'm a foodie, trying out new restaurants and bars is one of my favorite things to do. Not a fan of hosting large parties, but every now and then a brunch or two end up on the calendar.
I'm pretty well organized, keep things clean but every now and then I'll leave a dish, bowl, or a couple glasses in the sink until the next morning.

Single room that is extremely spacious, 12' x 12', built-in shelving in the closet. Bathroom is private aside from being the common area bathroom when guests are around.
The Unit is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath on the 5th Floor (there is an elevator) in the Logan Square/Avondale area. High ceilings, and open layout, with tons of natural light.
In-unit washer/dryer, kitchen, living/dining room, and balcony are all shared. The entire unit is furnished except for the room itself.
Utilities not included are Internet, Gas, Electric, and Water end up being about $150-200 a month per person primarily depending on electricity usage.
Looking for a roommate around my age. Someone who is relatively neat, clean, and respectful of property and personal space.
