Looking for a drug free, non-smoker female roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex in Summerwood. The home includes a washer/dryer, my art studio space, and a small gated yard. Rent is $600/month + split utilities (gas, internet, electric). Deposit is $600.
The spare bedroom is unfurnished and ready for you. No pets.

I’m in recovery, so no drugs or drinking alcohol in the home — looking for someone who respects and shares a clean, peaceful lifestyle.

We’d share responsibilities like keeping common areas tidy, taking trash and recycling out according to the service schedule, and generally maintaining a clean, respectful space.
