Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into the current apartment I have in the financial district on September 11th 2023 for a one year lease. It’s a one bedroom flexed 2 bedroom. The person would be occupying the 1 bedroom space. It is in a luxury building that is rent stabilized at around $1630 a person/month. The building has a gym, rooftop, lounge, laundry in the building, walking distance to the subway and a Whole Foods! I have my cat who is 4 years old and very friendly living with me so I am looking for an animal lover as well.

Apartment description: shared living space, open concept kitchen with lots of storage, nice bathroom, decent sized bedroom that can fit queen sized bed, dresser and side table comfortably.

Roommates: Looking for a man or a woman in their 20’s who likes to go out, is clean, and respectful!

Lease: 1 year lease starting September 11th 2023

Me: I’m 23 and moved to NY about 2 years ago from NJ. I’m an accountant in NY. I love going out for drinks or doing fun activities. I’m a clean roommate and someone whose looking to make friends! If you like to go to EDM shows please be my friend! :)
