$1,040 1 Bedroom with private bath and private balcony (inside 3 bedroom) (Astoria)

Im looking for someone to take over my lease starting November 1st until August 31, 2021

It’s a three bedroom house in Astoria near both the Steinway (R and M) and Broadway (N and W) stops at the corner of 42nd street and 31st ave.

The room available has a private bathroom inside the bedroom and a private balcony.

It’s $1040 per month. Utilities are separate and include wifi (~$16) and coned (depending on the season and heat consumption, it could range from ~$40 to ~$80 a month). The apartment is on the second floor and has a shared common space of a big kitchen/living room setup with a bar and balcony. Walking distance to many different grocery stores, restaurants, bars and subway stops but on a street where you won't hear all the noise from the liveliness of Astoria!

A little about the Roommates- they’re two f in their late twenty’s/early thirties who work in marketing. Right now one of them works from home. They are pretty chill, respectful of shared areas and always open and communicative about the apartment.

Ideally I’m looking for another f who is clean and respectful of the shared space in addition to our own respective personal spaces. The landlord is looking for somebody who can take over the lease and can put down a security deposit.
