Monnie K - $1,800/month

Hello!
I run my own company and am moving out of my home so a 3, 6 or even 1 year lease would be considered for the right roommate situation for the interim. I'm tidy and would like to mirror living with someone who is also and considerate. Not a loud party animal awake at all hours :) I do like to have fun, don't get me wrong, but am a light sleeper.

I'm an active person and stay busy. I do work remotely so if it's possible to have a space to work, that would be ideal. I'm open to a man or woman and ideally more space than not is the goal. I haven't had a roommate for years so this is new to me, but I'm open to it! Oh and I have a cat that has never marked his territory or scratched anything other than scratching pads. He's well trained.
