Roommate Wanted: Peaceful and Friendly Home in Santa Fe, TX

Looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in a very quiet community near Santa Fe. You'll be joining a small, respectful group of neighbors on a private property with a total of six trailers. Parking is available right at the home.
The available room is the smaller of the two but features a beautiful bay window with curtains provided. You'll have your own private half-bathroom, while the main bathroom is a shared space. The home is secured with an alarm system for added peace of mind.
The shared living room and kitchen are equipped with all recently updated appliances, including a deep freezer, countertop dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee maker. You'll also have access to an in-house washer and dryer. All window AC units were updated between 2023 and 2025 for efficient cooling.
Rent is $550 a month, plus your share of utilities (power and internet). Water, trash, and sewer are all included in the rent. You'll also have on-site storage in a new shed provided by the landlady.
I work nights from home in a quiet call center and live with two friendly cats. I'm looking for a respectful roommate who is comfortable with pets. Please note: I cannot accommodate any additional pets.
Vaping is allowed inside the house, but smoking is permitted only outside.
