I founded a music & art festival called “Elements”, and do work designing stages and art, booking talent, and other aspects of the event industry.

I’m an avid traveler and am on the road about 3 months out of the year. I’m a big surfer and hiker as well. I have a converted Sprinter and do the Van-life thing in Montauk and upstate on a lot of weekends.

Myself and the other roommate are both mature and easygoing individuals. We enjoy occasionally having friends over, but are not bringing large parties home. We have a cleaner come once a month and keep the place tidy.
