I am a 32 year old woman, I am currently a part time employee at lotless retail store and home health aide worker for my grandmother as well. I’m looking for a room to rent with my partner who is a 26 male who is employed as well as a security guard. We are looking to rent a room together while in the hopes of finding an actual apartment for ourselves. I’ve stated for a lease term to be 1 year but shall everything go well and if be needed for us both, we’re interested in a renewal come the following year.
