Hi! If you are female. This is not a dating site. I'm not using it as such. I'm cool with a friendship but let's keep it a professional type. I have space in my home for a room mate. The house is in Littleton. It has 4 bedrooms 2 common areas, back patio with fire pit and hot tub. I am in the master. The basement is finished with 1 bedroom and common area. I work m-f 7-5. I keep a clean house so you will be expected to clean up after yourself. That said I am easy to get along with. I have a wake boat, dirtbike (CRF450) mountain bikes and a ford Raptor I 4 wheel. Just a little insight into my activities. My friends range in ages of 25 to 49. I have a party at the house 1 or 2 times a year, 15-20 people. Smaller get togethers like poker games about once a month. I have a small ausidoodle dog that is hypoallergenic. He gets along with everyone and does not chew anything other then his toys. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic. It is a cul-de-sac so little traffic. Great neighbors, Football basketball and get togethers in the street.
