Hello, I have two Furnished rooms available to a student or a professional person. Rooms are each by the front of the house next to the front door. Home is on a lake with a fountain. It is very pretty at night with the lights. I live in a nice peaceful community. I keep the home nice and cool, and it is peaceful, drama free and smoke free. This is a 4 bedroom home, and I live in the home in the back of the house. I have my own bathroom. The furnished rooms have a Queen size bed, desk, chair, table for your TV, dresser, walk-in closet and lighted ceiling fan. It also has a full access kitchen area with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and a counter top conventional oven. I also have AT&T 1000 GB of fast Fiber wireless internet. The home also has a full house water softener. The house is peaceful and quiet, and it is a great place for a student or professional to come home to relax. I live on a lake where you can fish and also enjoy the wild life. There is also a bench outside on the patio where you can relax and enjoy the fountain. The neighborhood is safe and family oriented.
