Shared living space, bathroom, and kitchen all furnished. Bathroom, living room, kitchen are shared. Laundry available in basement.

Sunny spacious bedroom unfurnished.

Photos provided are of an empty identical unit without carpeting to get an understanding of the layout. As well there are photos of the living area and kitchen of the actual apartment. The unit is carpeted. Bedrooms are located on top level and opposite of unit with bathroom and storage closet in between.

Rent is currently $665. however, there may be a slight increase upon signed new lease. Water is included. Internet, hydro and hot water tank rental extra. Parking is available, not sure what the fee is.

Last month rent not required.

Can move in as soon as approved by Landlord, however seeking someone to sign a one year lease. For income eligibility, applicants must be able to cover full rent of unit in case of one occupant moves out.
