Apartment has 3 rooms two are currently occupied with female roommates. 1 bath to share. Full kitchen & dining room. Plenty of kitchen storage. Room can accommodate queen sized bed with frame, two side tables, either a vanity or small desk and chair. Room can have TV hung in the wall or on a slim entertainment center. Very quiet roommates, shared cleaning responsibilities of the common areas, we each clean individually twice a month. Plenty of street parking, quiet tree lined street.
