Spacious, quiet and one block from Smith Street and the F train. Great neighborhood with plenty of good places to eat and hang. Apartment is 2-stories, with living room downstairs plus room for desk, so plenty of separate areas. Washer, dryer & dishwasher Roommate is a very quiet, neat, low-key professional. Great amenities in the building including gym, rooftop deck and common area with sofas and pool table. Tons of storage space in the apartment plus closet in bedroom and coat closet. This place is awesome but have a new job and need to move.
