My name is Roderick, im 26 male. I take care of my disabled 60 year old mother who lives in the home as well, we have a home with a room for rent, either a smaller room that would be less in rent where you'd have your own half bath and could share the shower upstairs, or the masterbedroom which has its own bathroom and walk in closest which would be more in rent. Fenced back yard so if you're coming with a dog they would have a place to run around, I personally have my own big dog and there is another smaller dog in the house so hopefully you like pets.
