Couple looking for roommate!

Hi, we're looking for a roommate. We're fairly introverted and love games and nerd stuff, and more often than not fairly quiet! Our current roommate just told us he's moving out in December (that's when our current lease is up) and we're planning on staying here for at least another year. Rent is 1900 per month, since we have the bigger room and everything else is shared you'd be paying 40% of that. Utilities we'd split 33% you and 66% us. Neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, and there's loads of parks and places to eat fairly closeby if you drive! Also, while there's no in-unit w/d there is a laundromat right behind the place that's very convenient. Rent is due on the 3rd of every month. Any other questions, feel free to let me know!
