Brennan I - $1,600/month

Hey! I'm Brennan(21M) and I just graduated college and I'm moving from the Boston area to NYC at the beginning of the summer of 2026. I'm looking to have one or more roommates and do not have anywhere that I can live yet.

I'm preferably looking for a sublet for the summer and then moving into a yearly lease in reasonable proximity to where my construction site will be(I won't find out until I get to the city). But if I find a good fit that I like then I'm open to a lot.

With my schedule, I'll most likely be out of the house most of the time so I love a comfortable and friendly place to come back to at the end of the day.

I'm really into lifting weights, music, and football. I'm not much of a partier but rarely say no to going out to have a good time with people. Very clean and easy to work with(except I need to wake up pretty early for work). I'm very open minded with people's lifestyles and love trying new things. Plus I'm a pretty good cook on the rare occasion that I put together a nice dinner.

I know I'm kind of far ahead of the NYC move-in cycle but feel free to reach out if you think you'll be in a similar situation in the summer!
