Hello! Currently, this three bed, one bathroom apartment is looking for a new roommate for a July 1st move-in. The bedroom pictured has two closets and a south-facing window. Utilities are included in the rent so Wi-Fi is the only shared expense. Laundry is on the first floor with washes costing $1.75-2.00 a wash, and dryer $.75 a cycle. There is an elevator and the apartment is on the second-floor. It's near quite a few grocery stores: I personally walk to Trader Joes, but Whole Foods, Target, Key Foods, C-Town are within walking distance. It's closest to the ABCD lines, less than a five minute walk to the West 125th stop.
