Hi Room searchers,
Our 4 Bedroom flat has two room openings at this time.
With Covid raging, and this being a renters market, we are truly looking for 1 solid roommate. And once things seem a little calmer we will be looking for a 4th roommate.
The room we are showing is the largest of the two, and gets tons of natural light. It is available starting Feb 1st (sooner if you need), it is somewhat in the back of the flat.
The Rent: $950, plus Utilities, with a $950 deposit. We are looking for a long term roommate/ 6mo-year commitment.
The home: 420 friendly, safe space, judgement free zone, multi-ethnic. It's a cute flat located in the Mission, just steps from Bart, Muni, the freeway, parks, skate parks, shops, SO MUCH AMAZING FOOD, and so MANY BURRITO SPOTS!! It is also near the hospital. The flat is above restaurants, and businesses, it's off of a busy street but you would never know it from inside the house. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a full living room, and a full kitchen, and an awesome projector.
The room: Very large room, lots of natural light, it is somewhat disconnected from the house, 17'(L) x 12' (W)+ high ceilings, no closet, but we do have storage space in the house. The room does have rear access to the back patio area.
About the roommates: We are hella chill people, looking for another chill person to join our house.
We are both working mostly from home these days. You'd be moving in with a super chill male in his 40's who is an educator that likes skating and be out and about, and me a super chill female in my mid 30's, who works in Health Care, likes to read, create, lately I've been knitting. We do our own thing mostly, but also will get down on watching movies and making food together too. Due to Covid-19 we are not having guests over at this time, but you better believe outside of these Covidian times the house is normally lively.
