Its a duplex located a block away from Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Our landlord lives next door and is awesome.

The Place: It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, complete with; living room, dinning room, full kitchen, front patio and laundry room in unit. Its very spacious for 2 people. You will have full access to everything. Room is semi furnished with bed included. Your half of rent will be around $1,200 a month.

Me: I am 38 years old, gay, non smoker and work in entertainment industry. I am a bit of an introvert, but I do have my extrovert moments. I enjoy movies, reading, hiking, amusement parks, art, live entertainment and occasional nights out. I have a pet lizard that stays in my room in a secure enclosure. I am a very laid-back person and very clean and organized.

You: Male (gay or straight) around my age. I just feel we would get along better with at least a couple of common factors. Please be clean, respectful, drug free and a non smoker. Someone who has common sense. Please be an easygoing guy with a stable job. You must have good credit. Not looking for someone who's constantly inviting people over.
