Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third female roommate to join our three bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Crown Heights.
The room is a medium sized room with a double door closet. It is $850 plus utilities which average out to about $50 per month, sometimes less but not typically more. You would be signing a one year lease starting Feb 1st 2019 and ending January 31st 2020.
The apartment is located on New York Ave and St. Johns Pl in Crown Heights Brooklyn. We are off of two train lines. A ten minute walk from the Nostrand Express stop(A/C) and a five to seven minute walk to the 3 train on Eastern Parkway. We are surrounded by a handful of awesome cafes and bars, a ten minute walk from the Super FoodTown grocery store, a two minute walk from a Met grocery store and close to Prospect Park.
You would be joining two fun and responsible female roommates who are looking for the same qualities in a third roommate. We are LGBTQ friendly. We have lived here for two years together and are excited to stay here for another year!
A little about us:
Alexis is a twenty-seven-year-old actress and writer who works a night job at a prominent restaurant in the West Village. She is originally from Upstate NY but has lived in NYC for eight years. She is home during the day but is working most nights until late. She likes to spend time not working, writing new projects and spending time with friends. She graduated two years ago with a BFA in Acting for Film and TV at Pace University. She just finished her first novel, has starred on ID TV and is writing a new TV show.
Rasheeda is originally from Miami, Florida. She attended Syracuse University and graduated in 2016. She’s been in NYC for 3 years. She is 25 years old. She works in marketing/advertising at a media agency in Soho. She is working weekdays during typical business hours and is easy going. She enjoys hanging out with friends on the weekends.
We are both chill people and don't mind roommates who bring friends or their significant others over. We don't mind having fun but are looking for someone who is respectful and mindful during the week.
