Fully Furnished $1125 / month- Looking for young adult female roommate

We are two clean, responsible young female full time college students looking to share a decent fully-furnished apartment for up to $1125 a month in the Mt. Vernon Square area (NorthWest).

Water and gas bill is included in the rent. Wifi and electricity is separate (approx together $100/person). The private room includes 1 queen size bed and a dresser with a mirror. You will also have your own closet.

The apartment has a rooftop and gym. And there is a CVs and Cafe downstairs! Also, a washer and dryer is included in the unit, along with other appliances.

Potential roommate should expect to share a bathroom with one other person and clean up after themselves in all shared spaces. We are looking to start a new lease June 1, 2022, that would end Summer 2023.

No pets. Preferred young adult female full time student or young adult female working full time.
