Ven C - $800/month

I'm clean, communicate and respectful of personal space; but am also down to watch a movie or grab a coffee.
I keep common areas tidy and like to clean up as I go (with a couple of weekdays being dedicated to a more deep cleaning). Pretty standard work schedule in Maryland Heights, and when I am not working I am usually spending time with my dog, unwinding, cooking, baking, or really anything that catches my interest.
Ideally I am looking for someone who also values a peaceful home, pays rent and bills on time and respects shared spaces. Bonus points if you love home cooked meals, love dogs, and want to occasionally go out and see a movie or something.
