ABOUT THE ROOM(s):
I have 2 rooms available, about 11x11 in size, with a big closet and lots of natural light. It can fit a queen sized bed with other furniture comfortably. The windows look out to an enclosed patio, so there is more privacy and virtually no street noise. The lease would begin April 1st.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is beautiful + spacious, with a shared (furnished) patio, a big kitchen, separate living room, and designated office space. There is a dishwasher, central AC and heating, and several laundromats nearby. The common spaces in the apartment are entirely furnished.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, parks, shops, and super/markets within walking distance. Serviced by the Montrose L stop, it's a 10 minute commute to union square/downtown. It's a really wonderful neighborhood!

ABOUT YOU:
Looking for roommates who are *clean* and considerate! Who enjoy being social in normal circumstances, but are also mindful of noise.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
I'm 29 and originally from California! Right now, I'm working in Dumbo at a Fintech company. Some of my hobbies include traveling, reading, watching tv, and exploring NYC hidden gems.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
First month's rent and a security deposit of $1350 is required upon commitment. If we move forward, you will have to submit an application to the management company to join me on the lease.
