Rowan L - $900/month

Hi, I'm Rowan. I am a dedicated chef looking to make the first big move out of my hometown. I am very respectful, tidy, and relatively quite. I have a great sense of humor and love to kick back at home with my dog Ben. Ben is a 5 year old Staffy-Hound mix, he's a whopping 43 pounds, and a great cuddler. As a chef I typically work nights and am looking for another dog lover who is able to look after Ben while I am at work and am happy to discuss payment for pet sitting in person. He is very sweet but can be high energy at times so a playmate (bigger dogs, is fine with small dogs but would love for him to have a friend who can keep up) would be ideal. As a chef as well I clean as I go and am to anxious to ever leave a mess in a public space. I am looking for a 6 month to a year lease. I will be in the Miami area visiting from the 25th of April through the 1st of May setting up work and securing a place to live and I am hoping to move in on the 1st of June.
