I’m Mac — 33, homeowner in Richfield, and pretty straightforward about how I live. This is my house, not a party spot, and I’m looking for one respectful, low-drama person to share it with.

I keep a structured routine: early mornings, work/school focus during the week, gym time, and quiet evenings. I don’t drink, don’t smoke (edibles only), and I’m big on mutual respect and clear communication. I value privacy and independence, and I’m not looking to live like college again.

I’ve got two well-trained dogs who are a big part of my life, so being comfortable around dogs is a must. The house is clean, organized, and calm — I take pride in it and expect the same care from anyone living here.

I’m easy to live with if you’re responsible, emotionally regulated, and handle your own life. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stable place to live — and you understand the difference between renting a room and co-owning someone’s space — we’ll probably get along just fine.
