I'm a 50 year old lady looking to rent out 1 or 2 bedrooms of my 3/2 condo.
Looking for older female who is either pagan or open minded. May accept a male after a interview.
Must not be allergic to cats.
I have a washer/dryer installed along with a full kitchen.
The price is for the smallest one which is 110 Sq Ft.
If interested in the slightly larger one(131 Sq Ft), the price will be $950.
There are multiple pools within the complex.
Deposit is 50% of the rent. There is a $40 charge for research(background and references)
Must have outside references and provide information on past residences.
