My name is Courtney - I'm 25 years old and have been living in the same spot in Soho for about 2.5 years now. I am looking to switch up my living situation to explore a new neighborhood and meet new people. My job is based in Meatpacking and I am extremely interested in being able to walk or bike to work if at all possible. I'm super attentive to cleanliness and always a respectful roommate. Ideally, my new roommate and I would get along well and go out for drinks/shopping/etc. together as that's what I've found with my current roommates and I'm so grateful to call them my friends. My lease is up at the end of May so I would like to begin looking in April for the perfect next spot. An LGBTQ+ friendly roommate is a priority on my radar.
