Roommate ok to live with small family and also nanny occasionally

Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a single mom in Flower Mound.

I have my lease until July, and I want to have a roommate who can sleep in the study, the apartment has one bedroom and a study.

It’s a small space, but luxurious and open with tall ceilings so you don’t feel like it’s small.

Big kitchen, all granite countertops.

It’s a nice apartment in flower mound and I’m stuck in the lease til July and it is really expensive.

Anyways, I am also in need of occasional babysitting.
As of right I just need help 3 nights a week, every other weekend.

But I’m willing to negotiate a nice live-in nanny arrangement.

I would make the rent for you very low, I was thinking $400 a month, but we could negotiate lower just depending.

And then when you did nannying, it would still pay $12 an hour, that rate can also be negotiable.

And that would allow you to work another job still.

So I’m looking for someone open to this kind of arrangement and someone who wants to work a lot and save up money right now, this would be a great opportunity to save money for anyone with a strong work ethic and good with kids.

And it still greatly helps me out. The lease is til July. But if it’s not a good fit, there’s no problem if you need to find other living / working arrangements before July, I would just need at least a week to find other nanny / roommate arrangements.
