I am a very kind and courteous person. As a tenant, I am very clean and quiet, and I stay quite busy in life, so I'm not home all that often.

I work full time in sales, as a sales manager selling wine. I am often on the road and out of town (I manage from Connecticut to DC), so there would be several days each month I'm not home.

I also work occasional evenings as a wine sommelier and as host of private wine dinners. Beyond this, and have a deep passion for music, often going out to see live jazz, or performing out about one time per month. I also love dining out, traveling, film, outdoors and nature and spending time with family.

I am looking for a roommate situation so I can save more money. Eventually, I would like to own my own place closer to where I grew up but also always keep an apartment in the city.

I am looking to find a roommate that is a working professional, quiet, clean, organized and easy to get along with.
