Unfortunately I will be leaving this great 3br apartment to venture off on my own. We are located on Spencer Ave right off Highland and just around the corner from 3 Little Figs.
About a 12min walk to either Porter or Davis Square (Red Line)
Porter: Target, Star Market, CVS, many other shops and restaurants.
Davis: B Fresh, BOA, Mikes pizza, CVS, Boston Sports Club, and more.
There's an excellent bike path just a block from the Apt that makes a great long walk if you're into that - You'll see many dogs and pups along there! We already have an amazing, quiet, older pup named Scotty so unfortunately no more pets allowed.
The Apt is pretty stocked with kitchen items and furniture in the common areas but more is always welcome space allowing. The brown chair and red ottoman pictured will be going, so if you have a couple arm chairs that would be great. If you do have extra stuff there's plenty of room in the basement for storage. Laundry is free and shared with the upstairs Apt. Kitchen has dishwasher and disposal. Large backyard! (excuse the grass seed pic)
The two women you will be living with are excellent folks. Both are open, funny, kind, and pretty darn cool. One is a full time student and dog mom and the other is a gallerist. We're not clean freaks but we do like to keep the place looking good - we share and all pitch in.
The room itself is a good size, enough for a queen sized bed and desk if you wish. Deep closet, Ceiling fan, AND separate from the main floor. You technically live on the second floor and have access to the back door as a separate entrance if you wanted.
Utilities: Hot water is covered. Heat fluctuates $80-150/month depending on season and usage. Wifi is about $47/month and Electric about $45/month. Street Parking is available with Permit. You would be taking over my 12 month lease which is up Aug 31st. Preferably someone with the hopes to resign.
