It would be great to have a roommate who would like to be potentially be friends as well. I enjoy exploring Houston and going camping/hiking whenever I am able.

The bedroom available has two closets and its own bathroom. You would also have full access to the study access the hallway. I don’t use it so it’s basically yours. It does not come furnished, but the shared area’s will already have furniture. I have a shed in the back for storage, but it is not climate controlled.
I am looking for someone who would like to potentially be friends as well. I like to have friends over once or twice a month for pool parties or book club. As my roommate you would be very welcome to join!
I do have a male dog. He is fixed and does well with non-aggressive dogs.
