I am there part time, commute from Bay Area where I live with my husband. My 90 year old mom lives here full time up on the 2nd floor and family room. My art studio space is in the house and when not helping my mom I try to focus on art making. I am sensitive to sound and noise and appreciate a quiet environment. When my mom watches her MSNOW all day on the TV downstairs she wears headphones when I am there. I am left, non religious generically spiritual, do not mind others beliefs just don't push them on us. The 22' x 14' rental bedroom used to be the main "sunken" living room before we built a wall and door. 2 steps down. Very spacious. Shared full bathroom and separate half bath with part time house mate (me, the owner) and my 90 year old mom who lives there and has 2nd floor. Room is on first floor. Receives morning light. Next to front hallway and exterior door. Ceiling fan, portable AC, heater, bright spot lights, small refrigerator with freezer and microwave included. In exchange for helping out my mom about 10 hours a month, saying "hi" every day we will reduce the rent by $250. She has arthritis and is physically frail but independent and not feeble mentally. Stuff like opening bottles, going to the mailbox, calling 911.
