People describe me most commonly as a free spirit. I am very chill, I work a lot and have a heavy course load so I keep busy and to myself. I have a dog, on paper he is a service dog, but realistically he's just here for emotional support. I am home a lot, and I cook a lot but i am considerate and would never let that become an inconvenience for you. I love music, and I am always either playing music or trying to create it myself. Being 23, I do have somewhat of a social life. The same handful of friends pop in and out throughout the week. I go out about once a week and host little game night type soirees every so often. I do consume/smoke cannabis regularly inside the apartment, however it only has a strong odor when it is a fresh smoke. Ideally looking for someone who isn't bothered by that.

Great location! Next to 288 & 610...
Located on a quiet residential side street off of Holly Hall, minutes away from NRG stadium and the metroRail. The complex is quaint and calm, and includes gate access, covered parking, and valet trash. There is a small gym on site as well as a small pool & a hot tub. The apartment itself is a moderate size, and includes granite counter tops, over-sized closets and a washer & dryer in unit. The room that is available is the master, so the bathroom is more of an en-suite style. Walk in closet and bedroom have carpet but those are the only carpeted areas. The common area is lightly furnished (couch, tv, coffee table, side table). I have a dog, who is medium/large in size. He is well behaved but he is only a few years old, so he still has lot of energy. He barks and loves to play. Despite having him here, the apartment is always well kept and clean. If you aren't a dog person, this isn't going to be a good fit unless you're ready to become one :)
