I received my masters from Northwestern University in December and I just started working in marketing at a tech company in SF (surprise, surprise!). I'm super easy going, very clean/organized and like to stay active by working out and traveling. I like to have friends over for the occasional game night (or Moscow Mule night if we're feelin' classy) and any roommate of mine is more than welcome to join! Also, I don't smoke or do drugs (except for Netflix...pretty addicting).

I'm getting ready to sign a 21-month lease for a brand new 3br/2ba unit at Fourth Street East in the Jack London District in Oakland for a February 15 move-in and it's an INCREDIBLE deal. The building is beautiful and has tons of amenities; feel free to check out the website to see for yourself (www.fourthstreeteast.com). If you work in FiDi, like me, then this is a great location! Only an 8-minute walk to the Lake Merritt BART station and another 12 minutes on BART to the Embarcadero stop. FYI, the photos in this post are of a similar unit as I forgot to take pics of the unit during my property tour so I'm asking the leasing office to send me photos of the actual unit. The good news: we'll be the first people to live in the unit so it's in pristine shape!
