I'm a mid-20s professional and a clean/respectful roommate. I just finished up my Master's at Clemson and am planning to move up to NYC in the first week of August. Would prefer 1-2 roommates, but open to more depending on the situation. I'm a huge coffee person and foodie, so I see myself spending my time outside of work exploring new coffee/food spots, and also biking and running around the city when I can.

I'm looking for:
- Hell’s Kitchen or UWS preferred (but open to anything on the west side of Manhattan)
- Around $2000
- First week of August move-in

- Non-smoking
