Room for rent in East Orlando shared pool home with three professional (and gay) men, ages 30s to 50s. We also have an English Bulldog, so no additional pets please. Home is located in the Deerwood Estates subdivision close to the Rio Pinar Country Club. This is a well maintained home with utilities and internet included. We are very close to Valencia College for easy commute (5 minutes, 10 with traffic). We are pretty low key and prefer candidate to be as well. This is more of a family atmosphere, so alcohol abuse or drug use not welcome. It is a great place to live if you are a serious student, or a professional looking to save some money on rent.

1 year lease, first and last month rent due upon move in.
