I just bought a house and looking to rent a few rooms. Pretty easy going as far as lease. If someone wants month to month for a bit that would be fine. House is up near I-70 and Federal blvd. I am a very social guy and usually stay busy with work, school and going out. Keep a big focus on working out and staying healthy. The house has alley way access and there should never be an issue with parking space. Looking for someone who is social but also independent. Someone who doesn't mind people over (within reason of course).
I do have a kitten. He's got one eye and he's pretty awesome. Could be open to more pets but would be case to case.
