Hello,
My name is Jay, and I am a PhD candidate in psychology at the University of Iowa. As part of my degree, I will be completing a year long psychology internship at the Bronx VA Medical Center starting in September. I'm looking for 1-2 roommates to apply for apartments together. I prefer mostly upper Manhattan neighborhoods. I will be working full time, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with a possibility of one day or remote work. I hope to find respectful, responsible and mature roommates to hopefully find an ideal place to call home for next year. I'm a pretty easy-going guy, I like to hang with friends but don't bring the parties home. I am married, but she got placed in LA, and we'll both be very busy. So she may visit 2-3 times out of the year for only few days at a time. I'm all for good communication and transparency among roommates. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
