Our 3rd roommate moved out for a job offer, so myself & 1 other roommate are seeking a roommate for our 2nd-floor, sunny apartment that is in a house. The room for rent is the largest one, is $900/month, for a 6-month stay. My roommate does have 1 medium-sized, very sweet dog, but the landlord will not allow more pets (sorry).

***Looking for: a person who works full time, is clean, cleans up after themselves, doesn't leave dishes in the sink, is okay with a dog being here (no more animals permitted), and can guarantee six-month commitment.
***Roommates: 2 female adults who work full-time at home since the pandemic. Clean, quiet, and just recently became netflix obsessed. ^.^ We don't discriminate. Any age, race, or gender can apply. We are ideally looking for individuals between the ages of middle 20s to late 30s.
***Room/Apartment Description: Carpeted room is large with each wall having at least one window. Room is not furnished. All other rooms are furnished. Wooden floors throughout the apartment. Office area near this room is available for all. Large living room. Kitchen has a stove top, oven, and small dining space attached to kitchen. 10-15 minute walk to 82nd st 7 train. Close to Astoria, Woodside, & Flushing. A 24/7 hour Pharmacy at corner. Supermarkets/Markets 2 blocks. Lots of restuarants and bars (with outdoor dining). Weekly Sunday farmers market and park a few blocks away. Bus stops at all corners of home.
