Room for Rent

Helloo! I’ll be attending USF for the fall term and we need a third roomate. Guy or Girl. Heads up for the girls; my roomate is a guy but he grew up with sisters so he knows the do’s and donts. we’ve been friends for awhile now but I totally understand the comfortability aspect of some girls not wanting to move in with a guy and that’s understandable . he’s not picky on a room. the one highlighted in the pic is available however if you wanted the bigger room he’d be fine with that and that would just be extra.
I do have a dog. He is a labradoodle 100% hypoallergenic and fully trained, just the sweetest thing.
We are super chill. Love a good night in but also love a fun night out at the clubs/bars. You’re more than welcome to have people over whenever. Would love for you to go out with us as well. We really have no rules. All we ask is just keep the place as clean as possible
