My room is available for rent in Lemon Grove for only $800 per month. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath that you will be sharing with a 27 year old woman. Huge front yard and a driveway where you park for free, and there is always plenty of open guest spots. Washer and Dryer in unit, full size kitchen, giant yard, comfortable living room space, and the room itself is pretty large. Pictures upon request. Ideally would be either man or woman in your 20’s or 30’s, like dogs, 4/20 friendly, and have good vibes. Your new roommate is super clean and the house is basically always clean lol so please be someone who cleans up after themselves and has a good cleaning routine. Open minded home, not a lot of people over due to Covid but would prefer someone who likes to chill and is friendly, non judgmental, and likes to laugh and have fun. Looking for someone to move in by April 1st. Thank you!
