my name is jazmin, i’m 19, looking for a studio/room/apartment to share with someone below $700. totally willing to rent a place with 3+ roommates (preference: girls near my age, but we can negotiate depending on the situation) i’m from argentina, i’ve lived in nyc before so i’m bilingual. currently studying acting. i have a kitten (she’s 2 years old and she’s very little) still not sure if i’m bringing her with me yet, but just in case i do i feel that it’s super important for you to know. i’m really outgoing, fun, very clean, organized, and friendly person. i love to cook and go out. i won’t have any problems with doing chores. if there’s an issue of any kind i’ll be more than thankful to talk about it, as long as there’s mutual respect. i do not only look for a roommate just so we can split the rent and have no communication or interaction at all, i also want to make friends and meet new people with great vibes. it’s a whole new experience for me so i want to make the most of it in the most pleasant and healthy way so it can work for all of us.
