Im from Argentina, currently looking and applying for jobs in ny to move to the US.

I am looking for a room or a roommate.

I would like a roommate that cleans common areas (like kitchen or bathroom) after they use them but who isnt obsessive. I dont mind pets or smoke, but prefer not to have tobacco smell inside.
I am rather introverted but I would very much appreciate communication and friendliness from a roommate. Im also fully vaccinated
