Looking for a 3rd roommate to live in Rancho Santa Margarita. The room is the master bedroom of the house, it comes with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, and will be $1700/month. The area is very safe, there are many families that live around here. There are many restaurants and shops including Target and Trader Joes very close by. There is a good amount of street parking available.
Current tenants include David (28M), he works a lot and is usually gone for almost the full day. He also goes on work trips sometimes, being gone for a week or two. He's friendly but mostly keeps to himself. Ben is (25M), he's usually home quite a bit. He's introverted but friendly and will chat if he's up for it.
