Prefer keeping the apartment clean, and no overnight dishes, but a little public clutter (books or magazines left out) no big deal.
Ideal roommate would be friendly, but not expect me to be a best friend or a lot of joint socializing. Maybe a dinner or cocktail party once or twice a month.
