Apartment includes Central AC and Heater, parking spot in gated parking garage, and Building Laundry/Dryer (coin based). Also the living room and kitchen are already furnished (Bedroom is Not).

Applicants must be Queer friendly. No pets allowed sadly. While the lease is a month by month lease, looking for someone who would stay for at least six months or longer. Rent is $1,257.50.
