Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a third young professional male to fill an awesome 3BR/2BA in Bed-Stuy. We just put down the deposit on this place and are looking for a third person to sign the lease for a July 1 move-in. Rent is $1175/person and amenities include:

It's on Tompkins Ave near Fulton Street so it's very close to a lot of food spots, gyms, etc. and less than 5 minutes from the Kingston-Throop A/C stop.
Your roommates are two guys who both work in consulting. Bryce will be commuting into Midtown most days and I'll be out of town a lot (both of which will happen once offices open back up). We're both into sports and staying active and aren't that picky when it comes to roommates.
